View DetailsMango Powder
Our Alphonso Mango Powder is produced by spray-drying fresh Alphonso (Hapus) mango puree from Ratnagiri and Devgad at controlled inlet temperatures (140–180°C) that rapidly evaporate moisture while preserving natural flavour, colour, and nutrients. The result is a bright yellow-orange, free-flowing, lump-free dehydrated powder with intense tropical aroma. Rich in Vitamin C (35–45 mg/100g), beta-carotene, mangiferin polyphenol, and natural sugars. Moisture is reduced to below 4% (water activity <0.6) ensuring full microbial stability and 24-month shelf stability without refrigeration. Highly soluble — rehydrates instantly in water, juices, or dairy.
Benefits & Uses

Banana Powder
Our Raw Banana Powder is produced by spray-drying or low-temperature tunnel drying of unripe green banana puree (Musa acuminata / paradisiaca). Low-temperature drying is critical — spray drying at controlled temperatures and tray drying at 55–70°C both preserve the Type 2 Resistant Starch (RS2) that gives raw banana its prebiotic and blood-sugar-regulating benefits. The resulting powder is cream-white, fine, free-flowing, and highly soluble. Rich in RS2 resistant starch (20–60 g/100g depending on drying method), potassium (~486 mg/100g), Vitamin B6, magnesium, and manganese. Naturally gluten-free, non-GMO, and shelf-stable. Unlike ripe banana powder, the raw variety is low in sugar, giving it a neutral, mild, slightly earthy flavour ideal for functional food formulations.
Benefits & Uses
Gluten-Free Baking
Replaces wheat flour in breads, cookies, and pancakes — requires 25% less volume.
Baby Food
Easily digestible, low-sugar energy source for infant cereals and weaning foods.
Sports Nutrition
Slow-release carbohydrate source for energy bars, protein blends, and recovery drinks.
Gut / Prebiotic
RS2 ferments in the colon, producing butyrate to nourish colon cells and beneficial bacteria.
Diabetes-Friendly
Low glycaemic — RS2 slows glucose absorption and improves insulin sensitivity.
Breakfast Cereals
Added to muesli, porridge, and instant breakfast mixes for nutrition and neutral flavour.
Amla Powder
Our Amla Powder (Amalaki — Emblica officinalis) is produced by washing fresh amla berries, removing seeds, sun-drying or using warm-air dehydrators (not exceeding 55–60°C to preserve bioactives), and grinding to a fine powder. What makes amla exceptional is that its Vitamin C is bound to tannins (ellagitannins), which stabilise ascorbic acid against heat and oxidation — unlike synthetic Vitamin C. Rich in polyphenols (emblicanin A & B), gallic acid, ellagic acid, and quercetin. The powder is a rich brown colour with characteristic astringent-sour taste, and is highly soluble in water. Moisture reduced to below 5% for full microbial stability at ambient storage.
Benefits & Uses
Immunity
Tannin-bound Vitamin C, emblicanins, and gallic acid provide exceptional antioxidant support.
Hair Care
Promotes hair growth, strengthens follicles, and prevents premature greying.
Blood Purifier
Ellagic acid and gallic acid help detoxify the body and support clear skin.
Vision Support
Supports eye health and reduces oxidative stress on the lens.
Digestion
Improves food absorption and gently regulates bowel movements.
Skin Health
Promotes collagen synthesis via Vitamin C for youthful, firm skin.
Papaya Powder
Our Papaya Powder is produced from fresh, ripe Carica papaya (Red Lady / Solo variety) using spray-drying or hot-air drying at carefully controlled temperatures to retain the active papain enzyme. Papain is a cysteine protease that breaks down proteins — used commercially for meat tenderisation, digestive supplements, and cosmetic exfoliants. The dehydrated powder is orange-yellow, free-flowing, highly soluble, and stable at ambient temperature. Also rich in Vitamin A (beta-carotene), Vitamin C, lycopene, and flavonoids. Moisture < 6% ensures shelf stability without refrigeration.
Benefits & Uses
Digestion
Active papain breaks down proteins, eases bloating, and supports gut health.
Skin Care
Used in exfoliating face masks and skin-brightening cosmetic formulations.
Wound Healing
Enzymatic action supports tissue repair and reduces localised inflammation.
Immunity
Rich in Vitamin A (beta-carotene) and Vitamin C for immune support.
Meat Tenderiser

Beverages
Adds tropical flavour to smoothies, functional drinks, and health formulations.
Pineapple Powder
Our Pineapple Powder is produced by spray-drying fresh pineapple juice/puree (Ananas comosus — Queen / Cayenne variety) at controlled low temperatures to retain the bromelain enzyme complex. Bromelain is a mix of cysteine proteases found in both the fruit and stem — studied clinically for reducing post-surgical swelling, joint inflammation, and supporting post-exercise muscle recovery. The spray-dried powder is pale yellow, highly water-soluble, and rehydrates instantly. Rich in natural citric acid, Vitamin C, and manganese. Moisture < 5% ensures full ambient shelf stability.
Benefits & Uses
Instant Beverages
Dissolves instantly for tropical juices, cocktails, and functional mocktails.
Anti-Inflammatory
Bromelain clinically studied for reducing swelling, joint inflammation, and bruising.
Digestion
Bromelain proteases support protein digestion and reduce post-meal bloating.

Bromelain aids post-workout muscle recovery by reducing soreness and inflammation.
Lemon Powder
Our Lemon Powder is spray-dried from fresh lemon juice combined with peel extract (Citrus limon — Seedless / Eureka variety) using advanced atomisation at controlled temperatures that preserve volatile citrus oils and bioactives. The result is a pale-yellow, free-flowing dehydrated powder with intense citrus aroma and concentrated natural citric acid (≥5%), Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), and citrus flavonoids including hesperidin and eriocitrin from the peel. Freely soluble in cold and warm water — ideal for clean-label beverage and culinary formulations that require natural sourness without the liquid. Moisture < 5%, water activity < 0.6.
